Saved Incidents
Saved Incidents is a personal collection of records you have set aside for follow-up. Saving a record keeps it available for later review without re-running a search.
Availability: All plans.

Saving a record
From a record's detail view, use the save control to add it to your Saved Incidents. The saved entry retains the key identifying fields so you can return to it directly.
The table
The Saved Incidents table lists each saved record with:
an identifier,
the account,
the application,
the record type,
the date it was saved,
a classification,
and per-row actions.
Long account and application values can be copied inline. On narrow viewports the table collapses into a stacked card per record so it remains readable.
Actions
Each row provides:
View — reopen the full record detail.
Delete — remove the record from your saved collection.
Deleting a saved incident removes it from this list only; it does not affect the underlying record in the corpus.
