# Subscriptions and Licensing

Access to individual modules and to certain actions, such as CSV exports and multi-recipient alerts, is governed by your subscription tier and by whether your account belongs to an organization. This page summarizes how entitlements work.

### Account types

* **Individual account** — a single user with no organization. Some capabilities, including CSV exports and shared alert recipients, are unavailable to individual accounts.
* **Organization account** — multiple users under one organization, with shared entitlements, seats, and export credits. Organization administrators manage users, single sign-on, and the organization API key. See Organization settings.

### Subscription tiers

Higher tiers progressively unlock advanced modules and higher limits. The two tiers that unlock the most capability are **Enterprise** and **Threat Intelligence**.

Capabilities that are commonly tier-gated include:

* **CSV exports** of endpoints and raw records — available to organization accounts; raw record export additionally requires an Enterprise or Threat Intelligence subscription.
* **Watchlist groups** and **multiple alert recipients** — Enterprise or Threat Intelligence.
* **Brand Protection** (look-alike monitoring and takedowns) — Enterprise or Threat Intelligence.
* **Investigation+** — Threat Intelligence, or an add-on to Enterprise.
* **Webhooks** and several **identifier types** (IP, computer name) — Threat Intelligence.
* **Full log archive downloads** — Threat Intelligence.

### How gating is presented

When a feature is not included in your plan, the platform still shows the feature so its value is visible, and marks it with a lock indicator and a short upgrade prompt. Opening a gated page presents an upgrade call to action rather than a generic error. Where an action would exceed a limit, the platform surfaces the specific reason, including required versus available credits.

### Export credits

CSV exports consume export credits, which are tracked at the organization level. See CSV exports and export credits for the cost model and how the balance is displayed and updated.

### Managing your plan

Plan changes and add-ons are handled from the **Upgrades** page, reachable from the navigation rail. For assistance, use the **Contact** page.
