# Profile and security

The Profile page is where you manage your own account: your password, two-factor authentication, active sessions, API key, and account deletion.

**Availability:** All plans.

### Identity strip

A summary strip at the top of the page shows your email, your organization, your plan, your two-factor status, and your subscription expiry at a glance. While the page loads, a placeholder is shown so the card does not appear abruptly.

### Password

Update your password from the Password section. Use a strong, unique password; the form requires your current password and a confirmation of the new one.

### Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication delivers a one-time code by email on each sign-in. You can enable or disable it from the Two-factor authentication section, which requires your current password to make the change. The current state is shown as a status indicator.

### Sessions

The Sessions tab lists recent sign-ins with their date and IP address, so you can review where your account has been accessed.

### API key

The API key tab shows your key, masked by default, with reveal, copy, and, where permitted, regenerate controls. See API access.

### Deleting your account

The Danger zone provides account deletion. When you start a deletion, the platform performs a precheck: if you are the sole administrator of an organization, or if a deletion is otherwise not permitted, it explains why and directs you to the appropriate next step. Eligible deletions require your current password and an explicit typed confirmation, and the action is irreversible.
